Refund/Return Policy:
Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges at this time.
Only STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN within 5 days of your purchase.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the date your order is placed. ( UNLESS STATED OTHER WISE) Please allow an additional 2-4 business days (excluding processing time), for your order to be delivered.
PRE ORDERS:
If you are not patient pre orders are Not for you!
Please allow 10-20 business days after order has been submitted to arrive to us! After arrival please allow 2-3 days to arrive to you if shipped. You will be notified VIA email of your shipping or pick up status.
Please note: Tutu & Tie Fashion is not responsible for potential shipping delays that are caused by USPS, nor lost or stolen packages.
Once your packaged is shipped by us, it is in full custody of USPS from that point until it is delivered to you. If any mishaps occur with the delivery of your order, the merchandise will be insured through USPS, and you will be able to file a claim through them.

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days after receiving "Ready for Pickup" notification.For example, if your order is ready on 1/1 and you receive the ready for pickup notification on 1/3, your order must be picked up by 1/10. If orders aren't picked up within those days; it will be returned to stock and you will not receive a refund.
If you can't pickup your order within the time frame; we recommend you pay for shipping at time of checkout.
