Refund/Return Policy:
A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. FEE WILL BE TAKEN FROM SITE CREDIT.
We have a NO REFUND return policy. You will be issued a store credit if the merchandise meets the conditions listed below, or merchandise may be exchanged if merchandise is available.
We have a 5-day from receipt of item return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Without deodorant marks, stains or damaged. You’ll also need to show proof of purchase. **ALWAYS get your receipt via text**( instore)
To start a return, you can contact us at tutuandtiefashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*****Some items maybe in-stock, but not in your size. If the item is available in-store ( instock) it will be available for pick up within 24 hours or less depending on the next day of operation. Either way you will receive a email confirmation.

- Shipping is 2-3 weeks if there aren’t any delays, weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to the email you provided me with. If you have questions pertaining to a package that has already shipped you will need to contact the shipping carrier, as I can only see what the tracking number shows. For more details you will have to reach out to the carrier.
- You will receive two (2) emails, the first email is your order confirmation email and your last email is your tracking information to track your shipment. If your order exceeds the 3 weeks, I will then send an email to update on if there was a delay.
- Please be sure to provide me with the correct shipping information because once your order has shipped I will not be able to make those changes.
